Rodney
Rodney Hagle is the Technology & Operations Officer and co-founder of Trading Hall. He is the builder behind the scenes who turns trading concepts into practical systems, tools, and automations that help traders stay consistent when the market gets loud. Rodney focuses on clarity, risk control, and repeatable execution, building products like journaling, analytics, scanners, alerts, and automation features designed to reinforce the same rules Trading Hall teaches live.

What do you focus on most inside Trading Hall?
My focus at Trading Hall is building the systems, tools, and product experience that help traders become more consistent. That means taking what works in live trading and turning it into something practical people can actually use day to day, whether that’s journaling and analytics, scanners, alerts, automation, or platform workflows that make execution clearer and less emotional. I’m always thinking about how to reduce friction, improve structure, and create tools that reinforce discipline instead of adding more noise.
What kind of approach do you bring to trading and product building?
I’m very process-driven in both trading and development. I believe the biggest edge most traders can build is not just finding setups, but creating a repeatable system around how they plan, execute, review, and improve. That same mindset carries into how I build products. If a tool doesn’t help someone make better decisions, manage risk more clearly, or follow their rules more consistently, it doesn’t matter how flashy it looks. My goal is to build things that are practical, structured, and actually useful when the market is moving fast.
