2. Payments & Renewals
Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated interval unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.
We may update pricing with prior notice. Continued use after a price update constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not provide refunds for completed billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated in a promotion.
4. Platform Conduct
You agree to use the community spaces, live sessions, and resources respectfully. Harassment, unauthorized sharing of proprietary materials, and any form of market manipulation or deceptive activity are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund.
5. Educational Use Only
Content provided through The Trading Hall is for educational purposes. We do not provide individualized investment, tax, or legal advice. Trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for decisions made using information from the platform.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain consistent access to live sessions, tools, and archives. However, availability may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events outside of our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or delays.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, course materials, videos, and software remain the property of The Trading Hall and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
Some features integrate with external platforms (including TradeLocker, payment gateways, and communication tools). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party platforms.
